Started on 4 April 2014, by what would become known as the Star Alliance, SGeBIZ has grown in stature to become the No.1 Procure-to-Pay platform in Singapore. This continued dominance in the domestic market has led to support from government agencies to further our expansion regionally.

But like with all entrepreneur rollercoaster rides, Edmund Louis Nathan woke up one day with a do-or-die decision staring him in the face, with the company’s bank balance reduced to S$5.27. Edmund was at a crossroad – accept failure or fight on. At this moment, Edmund called on all his resolve acquired from a 15-year career in the Singapore air force. “I went back into survival mode,” says Edmund of those difficult times, harking back to 10-day exercises in the jungle. The skills of brainstorming strategy, making do with 2-3 hours’ sleep, and overcoming adversity proved remarkably relevant in this new jungle. The ability to generate that extra push became Edmund’s greatest strength on his journey.

Keeping their ears to the ground and building consistent value, SGeBIZ has grown into a profitable company, with offices in 3 countries and footprint in another, with a committed team of 25.
